- Things to keep in mind when finding your bra size -
To find your bra measurement you will need to try on different cups and ribcage sizes. First you
may use a measuring tape as a guideline and starting point only.

Don`t be surprised if you measure a 30F but are off in the cup or ribcage.
Second bring into the change room a few different bra sizes around your calculated measurement.
Then ask yourself how the cups and the ribcage feel. The chart below will help you with the fitting
while going up and down sizes.

table

Let`s look at the white row, 36DD. If you`re 36DD bra fits in the cups but RIBCAGE is way to
loose go down the white row to smaller ribcage that fits you. Notice how you are going up in the
cup size, don't be alarmed, the cup size of 30FF is pretty much the same cup size as the 36 DD.

If you tried on a 36 DD but the CUPS were too small but the ribcage fit perfectly. Go down the
brown/tan row of 36`s. Example 36 E,F,FF etc.

Another common mistake is thinking that all cup sizes are the same, example: a 32 B cup is the same
as a 34 B cup. This is not true; the 34 B cup is actually bigger in cup size than the 32 B.

There is no standard sizing in the industry and every company is different. Even in the same
company you may be fitting into different bra sizes for the same 34B lable. This is due to the different
fabrics, elastics, styles as well as the different designers.
